Meaning
I bow to Lord Shiva, who is white as camphor, the incarnation of compassion, the essence of worldly existence, who wears the serpent king as garland, who always dwells in the lotus of the heart, along with Goddess Bhavani.

During Shiva puja, meditation, aarti, for peace.
