A continuous calling on the divine names of Hari (Vishnu/Krishna), Krishna, and Rama. "Hare" is a vocative of Hara — calling upon the divine energy that removes all suffering.
Hare = O Hari/O divine energy (Hara); Kṛṣṇa = the all-attractive one; Rāma = the reservoir of all pleasure (or: Rama the prince of Ayodhya).
