At Rajayog, we strive to provide valuable astrology services. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and other services.
சந்தா
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (My Subscription page).
- வெற்றி After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.

பின்வரும் குறிப்பிட்ட சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் மட்டுமே பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெறலாம்:

நீங்கள் எல்லா நிபந்தனைகளையும் பூர்த்தி செய்தால் முழு பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெறலாம்:
- வாங்கிய 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் கோரிக்கை விடுக்கப்பட்டது.
- Premium features have not been meaningfully used (e.g., no charts created, no reports downloaded)
- செல்லுபடியாகும் காரணம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது
நகல் கட்டணம் / பில்லிங் பிழை
Full refund if we verify an incorrect or duplicate payment was processed on our end.
தொழில்நுட்ப அணுகல் சிக்கல்
If you cannot access paid features due to a verified platform issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours), we may issue a refund or extend your subscription period.
திரும்பப் பெற முடியாத வழக்குகள்
பின்வரும் சூழ்நிலைகள் பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற தகுதியற்றவை:
- மன மாற்றம்: After using premium features (charts, predictions, downloads, etc.)
- புதுப்பித்தல் கட்டணங்கள்: Automatic renewals after your renewal date. Please cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue.
- டிஜிட்டல் உள்ளடக்கம்: Any paid digital report or content after it has been generated, viewed, or downloaded.
- ஆலோசனை Expert consultation fees once the session is completed or if you miss a scheduled session without proper notice.
- அதிருப்தி: General dissatisfaction after actively using the service for multiple days.
அறிக்கை உருவாக்கப்பட்டது
Paid reports, birth charts, and generated content are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned.' Therefore:
- No refunds once a paid report is generated or downloaded
- கிடைக்கும்போது வாங்குவதற்கு முன் முன்னோட்டமிடுங்கள்

- நிகழ்ச்சிகள் இல்லாதவை: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the fee is not refundable.
பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெறுவது எப்படி
பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற நீங்கள் தகுதியுடையவர் என்று நீங்கள் நம்பினால்:
- மின்னஞ்சல் support@rajayog.in
- சேர்க்கவும்:
- உங்கள் பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட கணக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி
- ஆர்டர்/கட்டண குறிப்பு எண்
- பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெறுவதற்கான விரிவான காரணம்
- ஏதேனும் துணை ஸ்கிரீன்ஷாட்கள் அல்லது ஆவணங்கள்
- நாங்கள் மதிப்பாய்வு செய்து 3-5 வணிக நாட்களுக்குள் பதிலளிப்போம்.
We may request additional information to verify your transaction and usage history.
பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெறும் செயலாக்க நேரம்
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-7 business days)
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
