Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rajayog, we strive to provide valuable astrology services. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and other services.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (My Subscription page).

  • Access: After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Billing: We do not charge you again after cancellation.
  • Prorated refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within your billing period.
Example: If you subscribe on January 1st for a monthly plan and cancel on January 15th, you'll keep access until January 31st. No refund for the remaining 16 days.

Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds are issued only in the following specific cases:

Accidental Purchase (24-Hour Window)

Full refund if you meet ALL conditions:

  • Request made within 24 hours of purchase
  • Premium features have not been meaningfully used (e.g., no charts created, no reports downloaded)
  • Valid reason provided
Duplicate Charge / Billing Error

Full refund if we verify an incorrect or duplicate payment was processed on our end.

Technical Access Issue

If you cannot access paid features due to a verified platform issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours), we may issue a refund or extend your subscription period.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind: After using premium features (charts, predictions, downloads, etc.)
  • Renewal charges: Automatic renewals after your renewal date. Please cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue.
  • Digital content: Any paid digital report or content after it has been generated, viewed, or downloaded.
  • Consultations: Expert consultation fees once the session is completed or if you miss a scheduled session without proper notice.
  • Dissatisfaction: General dissatisfaction after actively using the service for multiple days.

Digital Reports & Generated Content

Paid reports, birth charts, and generated content are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned.' Therefore:

  • No refunds once a paid report is generated or downloaded
  • Preview before purchasing when available

Expert Consultations

  • Non-refundable: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 6 hours before the appointment.
  • No-shows: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the fee is not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Email us at support@rajayog.in
  2. Include:
    • Your registered account email
    • Order/Payment reference number
    • Detailed reason for refund request
    • Any supporting screenshots or documentation
  3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days

We may request additional information to verify your transaction and usage history.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-7 business days)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
