అర్థం
Dharana, concentration, is defined in the Yoga Sutras as binding the mind to a single point. This capacity is developed through practice and eroded through habit. Modern distraction — notifications, multitasking, constant availability — is the structural enemy of focused work that ancient teachers described as sacred.
ఆచరణాత్మక అనువర్తనం
Choose the most important task you have this week. Block a period of no less than ninety minutes — phone silent, notifications off, door closed. Work only on that task. When the mind wanders, return it to the task as if in meditation. Do this three times this week and observe what changes.
