At Rajayog, we strive to provide valuable astrology services. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and other services.
സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (My Subscription page).
- വിജയം After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.

റീഫണ്ട് യോഗ്യത (പരിമിതമായ കേസുകൾ)
ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമേ റീഫണ്ടുകൾ നൽകൂ:
ആകസ്മികമായ വാങ്ങൽ (24-മണിക്കൂർ വിൻഡോ)
എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും പാലിച്ചാൽ മുഴുവൻ റീഫണ്ടും:
- വാങ്ങിയതിന് ശേഷം 24 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ അഭ്യർത്ഥന നടത്തി.
- Premium features have not been meaningfully used (e.g., no charts created, no reports downloaded)
- സാധുവായ കാരണം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു
ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ചാർജ് / ബില്ലിംഗ് പിശക്
Full refund if we verify an incorrect or duplicate payment was processed on our end.
സാങ്കേതിക ആക്സസ് പ്രശ്നം
If you cannot access paid features due to a verified platform issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours), we may issue a refund or extend your subscription period.

- മനസ്സ് മാറ്റം: After using premium features (charts, predictions, downloads, etc.)
- പുതുക്കൽ നിരക്കുകൾ: Automatic renewals after your renewal date. Please cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue.
- ഡിജിറ്റൽ ഉള്ളടക്കം: Any paid digital report or content after it has been generated, viewed, or downloaded.
- കൺസൾട്ടേഷൻ Expert consultation fees once the session is completed or if you miss a scheduled session without proper notice.
- അതൃപ്തി: General dissatisfaction after actively using the service for multiple days.
റിപ്പോർട്ട് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു
Paid reports, birth charts, and generated content are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned.' Therefore:
- പണമടച്ചുള്ള റിപ്പോർട്ട് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്താൽ റീഫണ്ട് ലഭിക്കില്ല

- പ്രദർശനമില്ലാത്തവ: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the fee is not refundable.
റീഫണ്ട് എങ്ങനെ അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കാം
റീഫണ്ടിന് നിങ്ങൾ യോഗ്യനാണെന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ:

- നിങ്ങളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇമെയിൽ
- ഓർഡർ/പേയ്മെന്റ് റഫറൻസ് നമ്പർ
- റീഫണ്ട് അഭ്യർത്ഥനയ്ക്കുള്ള വിശദമായ കാരണം
- ഏതെങ്കിലും പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്ന സ്ക്രീൻഷോട്ടുകൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷൻ
- ഞങ്ങൾ 3-5 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ അവലോകനം ചെയ്ത് പ്രതികരിക്കും.
We may request additional information to verify your transaction and usage history.
റീഫണ്ട് പ്രോസസ്സിംഗ് സമയം

- Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-7 business days)
