അർത്ഥം
Vedic philosophy teaches that clinging to resentment keeps the mind tied to a past moment. The Sanskrit concept of kshama (forgiveness) is understood as releasing one's own inner burden, not as condoning the action. Forgiveness is an act performed for the self, not for the offender.
പ്രായോഗിക ഉപയോഗം
Think of one person you have not forgiven. Ask yourself: how much of my mental energy does holding this take? Then try this practice: once a day for seven days, say to yourself, 'I release the weight of this from my own mind.' You are not approving — you are freeing yourself.
