At Rajayog, we strive to provide valuable astrology services. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and other services.

ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆ

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (My Subscription page).

  • ಯಶಸ್ಸು After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • ಸಹೋದರ/ಸಹೋದರಿ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ನಾವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ವಿಧಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  • ಅನುಪಾತದ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಗಳು: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within your billing period.
ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳು If you subscribe on January 1st for a monthly plan and cancel on January 15th, you'll keep access until January 31st. No refund for the remaining 16 days.

ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಅರ್ಹತೆ (ಸೀಮಿತ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು)

ಮರುಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ:

ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಖರೀದಿ (24-ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ವಿಂಡೋ)

ನೀವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದರೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ:

  • ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ
  • Premium features have not been meaningfully used (e.g., no charts created, no reports downloaded)
  • ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ
ನಕಲಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ / ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ದೋಷ

Full refund if we verify an incorrect or duplicate payment was processed on our end.

ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ

If you cannot access paid features due to a verified platform issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours), we may issue a refund or extend your subscription period.

ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು

ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹವಲ್ಲ:

  • ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ: After using premium features (charts, predictions, downloads, etc.)
  • ನವೀಕರಣ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು: Automatic renewals after your renewal date. Please cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue.
  • ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವಿಷಯ: Any paid digital report or content after it has been generated, viewed, or downloaded.
  • ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ Expert consultation fees once the session is completed or if you miss a scheduled session without proper notice.
  • ಅತೃಪ್ತಿ: General dissatisfaction after actively using the service for multiple days.

ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವರದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಚಿಸಿದ ವಿಷಯ

Paid reports, birth charts, and generated content are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned.' Therefore:

  • ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ ಅಥವಾ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲ
  • ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವಾಗ ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಪೂರ್ವವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ

ನನ್ನ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಗಳು

  • ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗದ: ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  • ಮರುಹೊಂದಿಸುವಿಕೆ: ಅಪಾಯಿಂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗೆ 6 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ನೀವು ಮರು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು.
  • ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವಿಲ್ಲದವರು: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the fee is not refundable.

    • ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ವಿನಂತಿಗೆ ವಿವರವಾದ ಕಾರಣ
    • ಯಾವುದೇ ಪೋಷಕ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನ್‌ಶಾಟ್‌ಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜನ್ನು
  3. ನಾವು 3-5 ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

We may request additional information to verify your transaction and usage history.

  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-7 business days)
  • ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ನಂತರ ನಿಮಗೆ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ
