ಅರ್ಥ
Many fears feel overwhelming because the mind keeps shifting between comfort and duty. Once values become clear, fear may still remain, but it stops ruling every decision.
ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನ್ವಯ
When frightened about a decision, write down the value you must protect: truth, family responsibility, health, or dharma. Let that value guide the next step more than the passing emotion.
