Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. 1. Sit in a comfortable meditative pose
  2. 2. Use right thumb to close right nostril
  3. 3. Inhale slowly through left nostril
  4. 4. Close left nostril with ring finger
  5. 5. Release right nostril and exhale
  6. 6. Inhale through right nostril
  7. 7. Close right nostril, release left and exhale
  8. 8. This completes one round. Repeat 10-20 times
Precautions

Practice in a well-ventilated area. Do not force the breath.

Contraindications

Avoid if you have severe nasal blockage or are feeling dizzy.
