Step-by-Step Instructions
1 1. Stand straight with feet together
2 2. Shift weight to left foot
3 3. Bend right knee and place foot on left inner thigh
4 4. Balance on left leg
5 5. Bring palms together at chest (Namaste)
6 6. Raise arms overhead if stable
7 7. Hold 30-60 seconds
8 8. Repeat on other side
Precautions

Use wall support if needed. Focus on a fixed point.

Contraindications

Avoid if you have severe balance issues or vertigo.
