- 1. Stand straight with feet together
- 2. Shift weight to left foot
- 3. Bend right knee and place foot on left inner thigh
- 4. Balance on left leg
- 5. Bring palms together at chest (Namaste)
- 6. Raise arms overhead if stable
- 7. Hold 30-60 seconds
- 8. Repeat on other side
