Tena tasya prasaadena muktir bhavati me dhruvam
Kaayena vaachaa manase-ndriyair vaa
Buddhyaatmanaa vaa prakritech svabhaavaat
Karomi yad-yat sakalam parasmai
Naaraayanaayeti samarpayaami

ॐ यद्यत्कर्म कृतं सर्वं हरये समर्पितम्।
तेन तस्य प्रसादेन मुक्तिर्भवति मे ध्रुवम्॥
कायेन वाचा मनसेन्द्रियैर्वा
बुद्ध्यात्मना वा प्रकृतेः स्वभावात्।
करोमि यद्यत्सकलं परस्मै
नारायणायेति समर्पयामि॥

Meaning

Whatever actions I have done, I offer them all to Hari. By His grace, liberation will surely be mine. Whatever I do with body, speech, mind, senses, intellect, or by nature's impulse — I offer it all to the Supreme Narayana.
