Longer Exhale for Calm

A slightly longer exhale can help many students slow down mentally after work, travel, or overstimulation. The effect comes from rhythm, not force.

Choose a pace you can keep for a few minutes without collapsing posture or chasing a perfect count.

Learning Checklist

  • Sit or lie comfortably

    Choose a position that supports ease.

  • Use a soft exhale

    Let it lengthen without pushing air out.

  • Finish with normal breathing

    Let the practice taper instead of stopping abruptly.
