Count the Exhale Without Strain
One of the simplest beginner methods is to keep the inhale easy and make the exhale slightly longer. This often supports steadiness without aggression.
If the breath becomes tight, shorten the count immediately. Good breath training feels clean and sustainable, not heroic.
