How to Chant: Pace, Breath, and Comfort

Keep the pace comfortable. If you rush, the mind wanders; if too slow, you may get sleepy.

Tip: breathe naturally and let the mantra ride gently on the breath. Whispering is okay—clarity matters more than volume.

Learning Checklist

  • Sit steady

    Back comfortable, neck relaxed, eyes soft.

  • Set one intention

    For example: calm mind / gratitude / clarity.

  • Choose a count

    Start with 11 or 21 repetitions.

  • Chant clearly

    Clarity over volume. Whisper is fine.

  • End with silence

    Sit quietly for 30–60 seconds.
